faith as small as a mustard seed can move mountains.

Hello! I am the Owner and Executive Director of Moving Mountains Foster Care, where I lead with integrity, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to serving children and families. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate Degree in Liberal Studies from California University of Pennsylvania.
With over seven years of experience in social services, I bring both professional expertise and heartfelt dedication to the foster care field. I have held several positions in this field and have gained experience in many different areas. I am trained in trauma-informed practices, and I am passionate about creating environments that prioritize safety, healing, and stability for every child we serve.
I can also provide support on a personal level, because I was a foster parent for two years. My husband and I adopted our daughter on December 29, 2025. It was a very challenging process, but the end result was more than worth it.
My leadership approach blends strong operational oversight with a faith-forward, service-centered mission. I am committed to equipping foster families with the support, resources, and guidance they need to thrive, while ensuring compliance, accountability, and excellence in care.
My goal is simple: to strengthen families, advocate for children, and make a lasting impact in our community. I look forward to working with our families and children. I can't wait to see the mountains we move together!
Hi! I'm Tiffany. I am a Case Manager/Recruiter at Moving Mountains Foster Care. With over two years of experience in social services, I have developed a strong foundation in advocacy, family support, and crisis de-escalation. I am deeply committed to being a voice for those who are often unheard and strive to create safe, supportive environments for the individuals and families I serve.
I am a dedicated parent to two biological children (Liam & Archer) and one foster child, bringing both personal and professional experience to my work with children and families. I began my foster care journey six months ago, gaining valuable insight into the resilience, compassion, and commitment required to support children in need.
Guided by a strong faith, I am passionate about continuing my service within the community, driven by both my professional mission and my dedication to living out my values through meaningful, compassionate care.
I am proud to be a part of this team, and I can't wait to see what we can do together!

Hi, I’m Vanessa! I’m a Case Manager/Recruiter here at Moving Mountains Foster Care Services with over two years of experience in the foster care field, and I truly have a passion for the work I do. I enjoy being an advocate for both foster families and the children they welcome into their homes, and I’m committed to making a positive impact by helping create safe, stable, and caring environments for children in need.
I began my education at Pennsylvania State University, where I studied Human Development and Family Studies. I am currently continuing my education at PennWest University, where I am working toward my Bachelor of Social Work and plan to graduate in the Fall 2026. After graduation, I intend to continue into the accelerated Master’s program to obtain my MSW and further strengthen my ability to support children and families in this field!
On a personal level, I’m a wife and a mom to two boys Aiyden (7) and Brewer (1) along with our two dogs, Winnie and Frank, who keep our home busy and full of life. When I’m not working, you can usually find me baking, studying, or spending time with my family.
My path into this field was shaped during a challenging season in my life when my husband and I were navigating infertility. That experience gave me a deeper understanding of how meaningful it is to provide love, stability, and support to children and families. It’s something that continues to motivate me every day in the work I do.
If you’ve ever considered fostering or simply want to learn more, I encourage you to reach out. Opening your home can make a lasting difference in a child’s life and I’m here to help guide and support you every step of the way.
